Permitted sources such as Drive, Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Slack can provide context for a task.
Start small, give it the right context and review what comes back.
Ask Claude to read your source documents and put comparable terms into a table. Keep missing facts visible before deciding.
Compare these proposal files in a table: provider, stated scope, price and billing period, delivery date, exclusions and source page. Do not convert currencies or assume a missing price is free. List the three most important unanswered questions. Do not contact providers or accept an offer.
Prices can use different billing periods or currencies. Check the original proposal and exclusions before deciding.

Read these notes and identify up to five themes. For each, include a short supporting passage and its file or heading, then explain what remains uncertain. Keep conflicting views separate. Finish with three follow-up questions. Do not invent a quote or claim that a theme represents everyone.
A summary can miss context. Check supporting passages and keep disagreements visible.
