A workflow you can define and check, configured model access and any tool credentials the job needs. Local development also needs Python and its dependencies. Hosted deployment may need access to your code repository.

Cost

The MIT framework is free. Hosted Basic is ongoing Free with two automations and 50 workflow executions per month. Model and tool services have separate setup and possible charges. Enterprise is quoted; no current self-serve paid monthly or annual price is published.

Free plan: The MIT framework is free software. Ongoing hosted Basic includes two automations and 50 workflow executions/month, also the published maximum. No additional Basic executions shown. A workflow can call a model several times; this is not a free model-token grant.
Free trial: Enterprise has a separate Request trial route. Pilot duration and scope are set by order form; no general trial quota, duration, card rule or automatic paid conversion confirmed. Free Basic is not a timed trial.
Paid plans: Enterprise is custom quoted, with capacity and possible overage sized to the workflow. No current public self-serve paid monthly price, minimum seats or full annual invoice confirmed.
Extra costs & limits: Model provider and tool costs are separate from platform executions. Studio and local setup require model connections. Standard contract terms provide equal-term renewal unless written non-renewal is given 30 days before term end; pilot conditions differ. Check agreed fees, tax and data terms. Free-start card requirement, failed-run counting and quota reset time zone remain unknown.

Basic is an ongoing Free plan. It is separate from an Enterprise evaluation or the model services your agents use.

Local frameworkFree MIT software: No framework subscription. You supply the computer and model access. Hosted model calls, search tools, other services and infrastructure can have their own bills.
Hosted Basic$0 · 50 executions / month: The current pricing table lists two automations, a visual editor, GitHub integration and 50 monthly workflow executions. Fifty is also the published maximum; no extra Basic executions are offered in the table. Failed-run counting and reset time zone are unconfirmed.
Models and toolsSeparate provider costs: Both local setup and Studio documentation require model connections. Configure the provider and any tool keys you need. A workflow can call a model several times; the Free platform allowance does not promise free model tokens or search calls.
EnterpriseCustom quote: Paid capacity and overage are sized to the workflow. Enterprise adds governance and deployment options. A public monthly price, minimum seats and full annual invoice were not confirmed.

Getting started.

Choose local Python development or the hosted Studio. Connect a model, define a small job and test it with harmless sample text. Review model and tool costs before running a workflow or enabling triggers.

A provider-published Gelato account describes product-record mapping and carrier-integration code. This is a company setup, not our test or proof of the same access on Basic. One workflow can make several model and tool calls. Fifty executions is not fifty free model calls or guaranteed finished jobs. Studio code download is one-way: edited code cannot be imported back into its visual editor. Enterprise customer examples do not establish the same features on Basic.

Try this task

You’ll need: Configured CrewAI Studio or local model access. Planning and generation can use model tokens; check costs before starting.
A request to copy: Design a small workflow for these fictional notes: a drawing club may meet Saturday; six people are interested; no room is booked. Use one drafting role and one checking role. List the inputs, expected output and a check that no unconfirmed fact becomes a promise. Do not run tools, connect accounts, send messages or schedule anything.
What to expect: A simple workflow outline with a check at each step.
How to check it is done: Every output can be traced to the three supplied facts. No external account action or scheduled job should run. Inspect any model use and charges from generating the outline.
